Hello, I’m Wendy Boykin—founder and heart behind Mrs. B’s Peanut Brittle LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. Growing up, sweet treats were the language of love in my family. My mother was an incredible baker whose kitchen smelled like caramel and warmth. She taught me not just recipes, but how to pour love into everything I bake.

My journey into peanut brittle began thanks to my sister-in-law, who patiently showed me the ropes—how to stir, how long to cook, and that magical “hard crack” stage that makes brittle oh-so-crunchy. I started making it just for family and friends… and when the compliments began rolling in—especially those nostalgic “this reminds me of my mama” kind of notes—I knew I had something special worth sharing beyond the kitchen countertop.

So, I decided to pay it forward. From humble beginnings to forming a little business here in Jacksonville, I now create peanut, cashew, and pecan brittles that capture the joy of homegrown baking with every bite.
